WIP- Scarf
7:29 PMGuess what I did today? In the first image, you can see the underpainting to help me identify where the folds in the material of the scarf lay. (Sorry for the odd colors in the photos. There really not quite that pink.)
This image shows the introduction of more colors.
The whole image begins to shift with the introduction of the darks.
This image shows 5 and 1/2 hours of painting and where I stopped for the evening as I was beginning to drop the brush. Still a lot further to go. What questions do you have?

ReplyDeleteIt does take a lot of patience and it does get mind numbing at times. However, I think the results will be worth it or so I hope anyway.
