It really looks wonderful the way it is. If I were going to add something, maybe it would be Cupid, or a rose or a ribbon weaving through all the hearts,
ReplyDeleteI think it's beautiful just the way it is too! I like Teri's ribbon idea with a twist...maybe as a border and tied in a lovely bow off on one side...just a thought...I really love it!
ReplyDeleteIt really is lovely. I like the ribbon idea, weaving them together or as a border. Perhaps in the background?
ReplyDeleteThanks, everyone for the kind comments!
ReplyDeleteTeri, I'm liking the ribbon idea - and I may have to get my gouache (gasp!) out to do it!! ;•)
...I love it as is! I especially love the reflection. I like the ribbon idea. Knowing me, this won't come as a surprise, but the only thing I could think of to add would be a little bird singing...
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Laure! I see the ribbon dancing in and out of the hearts like music.
ReplyDeleteYes, I think for sure some tendrils or ribbons would set it off. It is beautiful though.
ReplyDeleteI'm another one for the ribbons....
ReplyDeleteThe ribbon sounds great! I also wonder how a pattern of tiny random dots/spots loosely scattered in the background would look?
ReplyDeleteYes - gasp - Teresa is actually getting back to blogging! ;-)
Hmmm, looks like it's going to be ribbons!
ReplyDeleteKelly, you've sparked an idea, girl! More in the next post!
Pam, you and I must be connected on the same wave length - that's what I'm seeing too!
Thank you, Martha, and thanks for commenting!
Welcome back, Teresa, you've been missed! I've been wondering about a background as well.
Thanks again!
I'm a latecomer, but these all sound like fantastic ideas!
