So beautiful.

We were only in Paris for a week, but during that time I gained such respect for people who come to the U.S. with little if any English. At least in Europe, most people speak some English, but here in the States, it is so rare to find anyone who can speak another language. I prepared for our trip by taking a French class and I was able to get around Paris on that knowledge with no problem, but it is exhausting trying to communicate in a different language!Gabriellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15086855019663714453noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6711781124266002702.post-34602046597809855922009-08-25T10:32:33.357-04:002009-08-25T10:32:33.357-04:00This is wonderful and I have enjoyed your posts im...This is wonderful and I have enjoyed your posts immensely!twincedarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05232091153094631006noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6711781124266002702.post-10368558358838284422009-08-25T09:05:52.043-04:002009-08-25T09:05:52.043-04:00Sadly, you're not the first one to mention som...Sadly, you're not the first one to mention some less than wonderful experiences in Paris, Lisa. I think in part, that's why it will be fun to paint "on location" from our very own computers!Laure Ferlitahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14966163843633158039noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6711781124266002702.post-68001002839375065172009-08-25T07:32:47.148-04:002009-08-25T07:32:47.148-04:00You are having too much fun. I didn't like it too much. Yes, you read that right. I hear a big gasp from over your way. A beautiful city for sure. The people I came in contact with were not so nice which colored my trip a little drab.Lisa at Greenbowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07743973292900758183noreply@blogger.com
